What is LINC?

LINC is about being and making disciples of all nations for Christ.

In the town of San Pedro, Dominican Republic, we have a sister church that has the dream of planting a church in the capital city of Santo Domingo, just an hour away from San Pedro. They have asked us to come alongside them with vital manpower to strategically reach out at the university in the capital city, UASD. This past summer, our LINC team was able to lead over 50 students to Christ and follow up a number of them. Throughout the month of July, we provided English classes for students who were eager to learn American English. An ongoing Home Group and Bible Study continues even after our departure. This coming summer, LINC will return with 40 staff and students to help establish a church plant in Santo Domingo and start reaching out to other cities. God is passionate about all people coming to a saving knowledge of Him. In Acts 1:8 Jesus says,

"You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both In Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth."

The nations are clearly on God's heart, His desire is that you would join with Him as He draws people to Himself. Because of His heart for people, Jesus tells His followers in Matthew 9:37-38,

"The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest."

It's because of this request that we want you to consider LINC. Will you choose to be laborer?
